OBSEES — Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with OBSEES. We want you to be confident in every purchase you make with us. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only under the conditions listed below.
A product will be considered eligible for return only if all the following requirements are met:
• The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• All original tags, packaging, and labels are intact.
• The OBSEES authenticity sticker attached to the garment is completely intact and not removed or tampered with.
Each OBSEES garment comes with a security sticker seal.
This seal verifies that the product has not been worn.
If the security sticker is removed, damaged, or reattached, the item will not be eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must:
1. Record a continuous unboxing video while opening the package.
2. Ensure the video clearly shows:
• The sealed package
• The shipping label
• The product condition immediately after opening
We cannot process claims for damage, missing items, or incorrect products without an unedited unboxing video proof.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.
3. How to Request a Return
OBSEES does not currently offer automatic return requests through the website.
To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact us directly:

• Order number
• Name used to place the order
• Issue description
• Photos and/or required unboxing video
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
4. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
• The OBSEES sticker seal has been removed or tampered with
• The product has been worn, washed, or used
• The request is made after 48 hours in case of damage claims
• No unboxing video is provided for damaged product claims
• The product was purchased during a Limited Drop (unless damaged)
5. Exchange Policy
We may offer size exchange (subject to stock availability) once the returned product passes quality inspection.
Customers may be required to pay applicable shipping charges for exchanges.
6. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued after the returned product is received and inspected by our quality team.
If approved:
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by OBSEES.
7. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure.
